The hotel had a beautiful location with stunning views of the surrounding sea and mountains. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing a warm and helpful service throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the reasonably priced and delicious food offered at the restaurant.
There were a few drawbacks to our experience. the cleanliness of the beddings left something to be desired, and we had to make the beds ourselves upon arrival.

The area is incredibly quiet. The hotel, with its charming old charm, has been completely refurbished after a fire. The restaurant offers delicious food and the breakfast is rich. The library is lovely. The young and friendly staff is very helpful. The hotel bar is the only pub on the island. The village has a small shop, which is easily accessible by walking or renting a bike from the hotel.

The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking, with stunning scenery all around. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The venison stew at dinner was absolutely delicious, a must-try for anyone visiting.
The walls in the hotel were quite thin, which meant we could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. The lighting in the restaurant could also be improved for a more cozy atmosphere.

Raasay House was the highlight of our 2-week trip in Scotland. The kitchen garden was beautiful, the island gorgeous, and the service perfect. The food exceeded expectations, a true hidden treasure. Our room, though small, didn't feel crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant offered unique and tasty dishes. The surrounding scenery was stunning, and the warm welcome was a nice touch. We loved walking around the premises and my son enjoyed feeding the cows. A truly amazing stay.
Totally recommend this hotel.
